A New And Improved Version Of The PPC Campaign Builder Software Is Available
Ok, up until now the PPC Campaign Builder Tool allowed only to build “1 keyword per adgroup” campaigns and I agree, that’s a bit limited. So I decided to improve the tool so that it can also handle “many keyword per adgroup” campaigns.
Using the “1 keyword per adgroup” model is very beneficial to test different niches quickly and easily and to find profitable sub-niches, but it’s surely not adapted for all kinds of scenarios. For example, if you want to run a campaign on the content network, you absolutely need to create tightly focused adgroups consisting of a set of closely related keywords.
The new version of the Campaign Builder Software consists of the following 3 tools:
- The keyword grouper – you already know this one and no changes were made on this tool
- The “1 keyword per adgroup” campaign builder – again, no changes were made for this one
- The “many keywords per adgroup” campaign builder – this one is completely new!
Below is a screenshot of the newly added “many keywords per adgroup” functionality:

Here is what you can do:
- Create your adgroups using the “keyword grouper”
- Save your adgroups (you’ll get a file with a .group extension)
- Drag & drop the .group file into the “many keywords per adgroup” tool
- On the left you’ll see the different adgroups, on the top right you’ll see the keywords of the currently selected adgroup and below you’ll see the 2 ads that are associated with the currently selected adgroup.
- Now you can edit one adgroup after the other: Add or delete keywords, change the ads… The icon next to the adgroup changes from red to green after you click the save button.
- You can also click “Save All” to use the same ads for all adgroups – afterwards you can go from adgroup to adgroup and change only the headlines or certain words in the ad description without the need to re-enter all url’s.
- You can export your campaign settings (with all keywords, ads and all other parameters) so you can continue working or making modifications on your campaign later on.
You can download the new Campaign Builder Tool from the same location where you downloaded the first version. If you are on my list, you’ll also get an email with the download link.
Otherwise, you can go to http://www.ppc-maverick.com/free-ppc-tool to download the software.
Also – as with the first version of this tool – the software is absolutely free and it’s not a trial- or limited version. However, I would really appreciate if you could leave some feedback on my blog. Just let me know what you think about this software tool, how it could be improved, what you like about it, what you don’t like so much…
Enjoy
